THE BARN...

Located on Stokes Farm, along Binfield Road in Wokingham our unique barn, surrounded by fields, overlooked by the neighbouring farm animals has been the home to our gym for over 10 years!

Once a chicken barn, now a fantastic space full of a huge variety of gym equipment to provide our members with well rounded training sessions time and time again.

With our own outdoor space we are able to provide a diverse training program for our members whilst enjoying fresh air and countryside views.

OUR CLASSES...

With a variety of classes offered on our timetable we have something for everyone! From our most popular 'Workout of the Day', our buzzing Hyrox classes, to working on your gains in 'Strength', or dropping into HIIT for a fast and furious session.

Our classes are programmed with the intention to challenge, encourage and inspire our members whilst building strength and fitness for an overall improved performance.
