PERSONAL TRAINING

Our small, dedicated team of coaches are passionate about health and fitness and bringing out the best of our clients through tailored personal training sessions.

Whatever your goal may be, to gain strength, learn a new skill, brush up on your lifting technique, lose weight, run faster, together we can help you make that happen!

Our trainers will conduct an initial assessment to evaluate your fitness level, discuss your goals, and establish a customised training program to meet your needs.

​

We offer 1-2-1, 2-2-1 or small group personal training sessions. You will receive undivided attention from your trainer during your sessions, ensuring you perform exercises safely and effectively, through expert guidance whilst working towards your goal.
